Ann Arbor Amateur Hockey Association

AAAHA is governed by its by-laws which may be amended from time to time by a 2/3 rds majority vote of the board of directors. Among other things, AAAHA's by-laws outline the duties and obligations of board members, conflict of interest policies, organization of the association, election procedures, membership classifications, and dispute resolution procedures.

Per the affiliate agreement, AAAHA by-laws are "approved" each year by the Michigan Amatuer Hockey Association.
