The Executive Director position is a part time paid position. Currently, the Executive Director works a 35 hour work week as well as volunteering 10+ hours each week.
The Executive Director is a member of the Executive Committee but is not a voting board member. The Executive Director oversees and directs the day to day operations of the Association as well as the Association’s volunteers, vendors and contractors.
The Executive Director is available for emails throughout the day, 9:00-9:00 each week day. Office hours vary in the evening, depending on meetings and events.
The Executive Director typically works Monday through Friday with weekends and Holidays off. (Some weekends are worked for special events).
Email is the preferred method of communication. Emails are typically answered within 48 hours.
February, April, August, September are the busiest times.
